ntg much happened this week....
from now on... gopal will nvr msg me...coz i finally

friday...
me my sis ..my dad and my sis frens...
all of us went hiking...
so fun..
it was my first time going hiking..
we went at nite...
the worst part is.. we oni had 1 touch light...
it was so dark but adventurous..
we didnt go all the way to the top coz he air was too thin
and a could not breath after a while...
worst part is i did not bring my inhaler..
i felt bad tat becoz of me the rest cld not go all the way
to the top.. but they were very understanding i must say..
they helped me a lot..

My dad went to msia... to i stayed out later wif sakthi n ramesh.., than met dinesh later... omg we all had to much of fun...dancing under the blk..taking pic....joking ard...
fun ...oni went to bed ard 3 am i guess..
worst part had to be at yew tee cc at 10am..
i telling u ... so tired..went to dinesh house ard 1pm...
slept there... than went back to the cc for the talent time show...
wow...i was super nervous for our performance... but my family said it was nice..
even strangers came up to us and said it was nice...
i will nvr 4get this weekend... i had so much of fun

yesterday nite was the best nite ever

oh ya.. yesterday's dancing practice was fun but tiring..
from 4 .30 to 8.30pm..

now we both are in poly... its fun... i love the ppl there too...

the gd thing is i feel full easily.. i haven't tried out the face treatment which my frens
gave me... but i am thinking of doing it today..

i also wanna try the home made treatment for hair loss... (looking at it now... in a health megazine)
for those who wanna try ... i shall let u know..

1. Put some curry leaves in any oil(coconut oil, olive oil,etc)
2. Heat the oil gently until u see the leaves changing color
3. allow the oil to cool that massage ur scalp and hair with it
4. wait 20 mins and wash it off.

another treatment is for dry hair

1. massage ur hair with any plain yogurt
   
2. leave it for 20 mins and than wash it off

smoother and lustrous hair will be yours...

weekly hair mask treatments

1. mix the yolk of an egg in a 1/2 cup milk.
2. apply a little oil on ur hair (for dry hair) than apply this mask on your entire hair
3. massage the head for 10 mins and than rinse it well in warm tepid water
4. shampoo as normal.

try it ppl.. i am so gonna try it...
n ya tmr i am going for heat yoga... where its very hot n you do yoga there...

they teaching me to home facial n some tips on how to lose weight..
i am going to call this project losing weight... not much of a name but who cares rite
